About Us
Romans Land and Development Department forms an integral part of the Romans Group of Companies. The Land Department complements the expertise provided by other companies within the Group, these include architecture, auctioneering, commercial property surveying, estate agency, independent financial advice, residential letting, surveying and town planning.
From our Head Office based in Wokingham, Berkshire, we are in contact with clients ranging from well known national house builders to local developers. Our in-house companies of planners and architects allow us to provide a comprehensive service.

Graeme is a chartered Town Planner and was elected to full membership of the RTPI in 2006. He joined Lennon Planning at the beginning of 2008 having previously worked in the public sector for the Local Authorities in Surrey and Berkshire. Graeme has a varied and wide ranging experience in handling planning issues across the residential, commercial, leisure and rural planning sectors. Experience includes planning appraisals, preparing and managing planning applications and appeals.
