Platt's Eyot is an island on the River Thames at Hampton, in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, on the reach between Molesey Lock and Sunbury Lock.

Historically the site has been used for boat building although, in more recent years, other commercial occupiers have also operated from this location. The site was sold to Sorbon Estates who propose to improve the existing facilities and maintain the current use of the site

We acquired this site on behalf of Ashill Developments and subsequently disposed of the site on their behalf.

This former Mushroom Farm is located on the edge of Yateley, in the county of Hampshire. The site area extends to approximately 13 acres and, until recently, the site had been used as a waste transfer station.
