Sandy Lane, Teddington

Romans Land and Development completed the acquisition of a new care home for Caring Homes at Sandy Lane, Teddington. The development is located on part of a much larger mixed use development of housing and offices which will be undertaken by Linden Homes. The site is situated in a very sensitive location with the Royal Bushy Park being located on the opposite side of Sandy Lane. Caring Homes propose to complete the care home by December 2009.
